Henry Joseph's work encompasses individual commission, portraiture, theatre publicity and event photography.
Work for exhibition and publication include book jackets published for Tor Books and Forge Books, St.Martin's Press, Smithsonian Air and Space Magazine, P and C Magazine of the Izarra Publishing Group, the Village Voice, The Villager, Time Out New Yor the New York Post, the New York Daily News, Fuji Film and Olympus Camera.

Henry studied with Douglas Dubler, Jay Maisel, James Woods, Sam Abell and Arnold Eagle. He also studied with Bill Klein at the Parsons School of Design and worked as an intern at the Santa Fe Photographic Workshop.
Additional studies include media and instructional systems at Teacher's College, Columbia University and political science, at the Graduate Faculty of the New School For Social Research.
